I had never done an "upgrade" and quite frankly was satisfied with the version I had. But this plugin made it effortless and took just a few minutes (if that long). My upgrade didn't go so well...got fatal errors, and had to revert back to my backups on the old system. Not sure if it had something to do with the theme I run or not, but make sure you all go through the backup process before you upgrade just in case.
