Why not? You should be taking every opportunity to market your blog that you can, whether online or off.
The key to being successful and building your brand is to be seen everywhere.

I’m always bragging about my blogs to people. Andy Sernovitz wrote a great book called “Word Of Mouth Marketing.” Talking about your blog in person to other people can get you as many readers as sending out a mass email.
LOL – Ha…. that is funny. Actually, I get that at the mention of BLOG. Many people are clueless. Once explained, I cannot get them off the phone.
I have mentioned my blog to everyone I talk to on a regular basis, but I’m not so good at bringing it up to others. Guess I need to start finding ways to bring it up more often. Now that I’m actually thinking about it, hopefully it will be easier.
