		<description>Nhil - I&#039;d say it all depends on why you&#039;re linking to people.  If you are linking them as a good source of information, you could do it in every post...or every other or as little (or often) as you&#039;d like!  But, then again you want to make sure you are giving enough great info on your OWN blog to keep them from just going to the blog you linked INSTEAD of yours.  So, you could cover a topic really well and then say...an example of this is (link here)&#039;s blog.</description>
