Twitter already offers Replies via mobile phone by default. They don’t offer replies via email.
This if for those that may not have text messaging, but have email on their phone.

@Lance Great question. I used many other services to get my twitter replies via email and they all only sent it once a day as a digest of all the replies rather than as the replies were made. But this method sends them one reply at a time as they are made. I have noticed about a 10 minute delay though.
