Open Web Awards Final Voting Round Starts Now

For those of you who have been following the Open Web Awards and this blog you already know that we’ve already had the nomination rounds and the first round of voting for those companies that you think should be finalists for the Open Web Awards.

Today marks the beginning of the Final Voting Round and while there are some great choices, I don’t agree with some of them.  But that’s neither here nor there.

Here is the voting widget for you to cast your votes.  You can only vote once per category.  Please choose wisely.

Voting ends Sunday, December 14th at 11:59pm PST. So get your vote on.

Open Web Awards Round 1 Voting In Full Swing

For those of you who have been following the Open Web Awards, nominated someone, or have been nominated yourself, you’ll be happy to know that today starts the beginning of round 1 of the voting process.

This is your chance to let your voice be heard about your favorites.

Below is the voting widget with all of the nominations in each category. Voting is open from today until Sunday, November 30th at 11:59 pm.

For the nominations round, I had alot of you visiting my blog, but I wasn’t sure if you had actually made your nominations. So if you cast your vote, please let me know you voted by leaving a comment.

Make Your Nominations For The Open Web Awards

Today is the first day of Mashable’s Open Web Awards, where companies and blogs from all walks of life compete for the “People’s Choice Award” and the “Blogger’s Choice Award“.

The nominations begin today and will run through Sunday, November 16th.  So nominate your favorites, before it’s too late, using the nomination widget below.

I am an Open Web Awards Blog Partner, so be sure to come back often for up-to-date news as the Open Web Awards progresses.


Rules For Voting

Here are the Open Web Award rules as laid out by Mashable:

Nominations:

  1. Any site or application can be nominated in as many categories as seen fit
  2. Nominations is one Site per Category per person (validated through PollDaddy)
  3. Nominees with the most submissions and/or determined by Mashable will move to the voting round

Voting:

  1. Voting is one vote per Category per person (validated through PollDaddy)
  2. IP tracking and e-mail confirmation will remain in place
  3. E-mails will only be used in regards to alerts about the Open Web Awards
  4. Winners will be determined after voting round is closed and data is verified

Winners:

  1. “People’s Choice” Winners will be validated by Mashable and PollDaddy before any announcements are made
  2. “Blogger’s Choice will be validated by Mashable and compiled from our Blog Partners
