My wife uses blogger for her business blog, and she does great. It serves her needs very well. However, using blogger instead of wordpress.org wouldn't be beneficial to me. I tried yesterday to set up a wordpress.com blog but was concerned that at some point I would want to have ad space and was unhappy that it is not even an option. I don't have aspirations to make a ton of money, but If my (extremely niche) parenting site takes off, I would hate to be boxed in later. I've tried wordpress.com for other stuff, too, and have just never been as happy as I am with Blogger.
