Having tons of traffic is great, but does it really matter if most of them leave once they get there? The key is creating a blog that is not only inviting and provides value, but also encourages the reader to stick around, participate, and come back for more.

That being said, I think you nailed some key points on how to create a &quot;sticky&quot; blog and I hope your readers (especially those bloggers just starting out) realize how important it is.
